Heroes of the Storm Releases Today
Blizzard’s entry into the MOBA genre hits today. If you follow me on Twitter or Facebook, you probably know I’ve been playing a good bit of it since last year. I was fortunate enough to get an alpha invite, and have loved every minute of it. I’ve secretly been building content for it. Lots of guides, tips, and other little helpful bits of information. Today, I (officially) launch my own Heroes of the Storm coverage!
Curious about which heroes you should play? I’ve got a couple of guides that might be helpful. A League of Legends player transition guide , and a World of Warcraft player transition guide. I’ve provided a little bit of playstyle information on some heroes, to give you a starting place when picking champs.
I’ve put together a play guide for Heroes of the Storm. All the little things you should know in games so you don’t drive your team crazy, and aren’t the weakest link. It is extremely helpful for brand new players. You’ll look like a natural from game one!
With a new game comes a chance to start the community off right. Here’s my suggestion to make our Heroes of the Storm community better! League of Legends was really toxic at first, but got better over time. Let’s start out awesome, and still get better over time!
Hero Talent Builds
I’ve got talent builds for most of the Heroes I have played. When I try to make a build guide, I try to put down only the basics you need to get going. I’m not sure I am 100% happy with the way these have turned out, but there is a TL:DR option. Let me know if you think there’s a better way to do the talent builds. If you have specific questions about each build, feel free to ask!
More To Come
I’ve got several content bits ready and waiting to be released over the next several weeks. Heroes has been a really, really fun game for me. I’ve managed to pick up a few lessons that I somehow never could learn in League of Legends. If you find you are struggling with a particular part of heroes of the Storm, please come back here and let me know in the comments. I’ll be glad to give some suggestions, or maybe even write a guide for it!
